Return Eligibility

30-Day Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. After 30 days, no returns or refunds will be accepted for any reason other than eligible warranty claims.
Product Condition: All returned items must be in original, unopened, and undamaged packaging. We cannot accept returns on damaged boxes, opened packages, or any product that has been installed.
Restocking Fee: All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund.
Non-Returnable Items

Clearance & Final Sale Products: All clearance, final sale, and discontinued products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Damaged or Altered Products: Products that are damaged after delivery, altered, or not in original resalable condition are not eligible for return.
Warranty Claims (After 30 Days)

Only valid warranty claims will be accepted beyond the 30-day return window. If you believe your product has a defect covered under the Hughes & Co. warranty, please contact our Customer Care Team for assistance. Proof of purchase and photos of the issue may be required to process your claim.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact our Customer Care Team at 706-450-7740 within 30 days of delivery.
Provide your order number, a description of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason.
If eligible, we will issue a Return Authorization Number and return instructions.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a shipping error or confirmed product defect.
